Mr. Jospeh McDaniel is an advocate for innovation and youth development which has inspired him to be an educator at the high school and college level. He has served as a teacher, facilitator, curriculum developer, and public speaker collaborating with various public school districts across the country and through Kenyatta University in Nairobi, Kenya. During his most recent tenure with KIPP:MA, Joseph developed a curriculum focusing on expanding post-secondary options for KIPP graduates through workforce labor projections and aptitude. Joseph is passionate about building a school model that integrates an identity-affirming, entrepreneurial and student based pedagogy with innovative responsive classroom segment. His goal is to empower, inspire, and promote a positive personal brand for students of color.
Joseph is an alumnus of Michigan State University earning a BS in Sociology and an MBA in Business.
