As the Chief People Officer for CICS, Tina Owen-Moore is responsible for leading the network’s efforts to attract, retain, support and develop an exceptional network of talented individuals who can facilitate powerful learning experiences for young people.
In her former role as principal/teacher at The Alliance School of Milwaukee, she led the school to many honors, including being named the 2011 Wisconsin Charter School of the Year and being recognized as one of the 41 Most Innovative Schools in America by Noodle.com. Tina earned her doctorate in Education Leadership (Ed.L.D.) from Harvard University, her M.A. in Administrative Leadership from Alverno College, and her B.A. in English and Secondary Education from Marquette University.
She currently lives in Chicago with her wife and their two adorable cats. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, writing and line dancing.
