As President, Christine leads and sets the tone and expectations for our internal team to plan, execute and deliver on our commitments for CICS’ students and families. She has spent her career affecting positive change in public K-12 education to ensure all students are served with quality. Christine led the information technology project management office at the San Francisco Unified School District and was the founding Director of School Performance and Practice at the Tennessee Achievement School District. She set up internal systems and structures at Education First Consulting before launching her own strategic implementation practice with school districts, charter and non-profit organizations.
Christine has a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a master's in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University.
Christine deeply believes in CICS’ commitment to serve and honor the assets of each school community. Since the 1950s, her family has relied on and invested in the strength of the communities in her hometown of Chicago and feels privileged to continue that legacy through her work at CICS.
