Jason Hunt

Director of Network Operations 

Jason is the Director of Network Operations at Chicago International Charter School and oversees operations at all 13 CICS campuses. Jason comes to CICS after having spent the last eight years as a teacher and then principal at a PreK-8 Catholic school in the western suburbs of Chicago. Prior to his time in education, Jason spent 20 years as a commodities trader in Chicago and the surrounding area.

Jason received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University. He also holds an MBA in Financial Analysis and an Master of Science in Computational Finance, both from DePaul University.  Jason has an Master of Arts in Teaching from North Park University. Most of Jason’s free time is spent with his wife of 23 years and his three daughters.

Why do you work at CICS?: Jason's focus is in on education and more specifically at CICS, is to provide the necessary tools and a positive environment that allows each student to achieve their maximum potential.
