Lindsey is the Managing Director of School Operations at Chicago International Charter School and has spent most of her career as an educator in Chicago. Most recently, Lindsey transitioned to lead the operational side of schools at CICS. Prior to that, she was the Director of grades K-5th at CICS Loomis-Longwood. She has also served as the Director at CICS Loomis Primary Academy for five years as well as the Founding Assistant Director.
Lindsey received her B.S. in Elementary Education from Marquette University and her M.S. in Reading, Learning, and Specialized Instruction and her certificate in Educational Leadership from DePaul University.
Why do you work at CICS?: Lindsey is tirelessly committed to improving public education for Chicago’s school children and is singularly focused on providing equitable opportunities for all children to learn in a safe and nurturing school. Lindsey believes education has the potential to unlock opportunities that might otherwise be unavailable to children. It has the power to inspire, bring joy and open new paths.
