Facilities Manager 

Luis Molina brings his extensive experience as a Facilities Manager responsible for overseeing operations across CICS' impressive portfolio of 13 campuses. Before joining the CICS team, Luis served as a maintenance building engineer for a prominent union, honing his skills in ensuring the smooth functioning of complex facilities. Prior to that, he held the role of chief engineer, overseeing residential and commercial properties throughout Chicago, with a specific focus on serving both senior citizens and families in these communities.

Why do you work at CICS?  Luis's connection to CICS runs deep. Long before becoming an employee, he was an engaged and devoted parent within the CICS community. He is the proud father of two daughters, one of whom currently attends CICS Irving Park, while the other graduated in 2023. Witnessing CICS's exemplary management of its schools and being genuinely impressed by its approach, Luis has seamlessly transitioned into both a dedicated parent and a valuable member of the CICS family. His commitment to the CICS mission is evident in his dual roles as a parent and an employee.
