Timothy Davis is CICS’ Director of School Operations for the Loomis/Longwood/Lloyd-Bond Campus. He is honored to support all aspects of School Operations by acting as the hands-on resource aligning all aspects of support services with a focus on seamless communication, systems integration, & productive workflow to ensure efficient and value-added service for staff, students and families.
Timothy Davis' passion for servant leadership started in 2001 as a support services leader assigned to Evanston Northwestern Healthcare (Northshore University Health System) to progressive roles at a total of 8 medical centers/teaching healthcare systems. His experience includes over 18 years of operation leadership experience at Evanston Hospital, Northwestern Memorial, and Presence Health before joining the Community First leadership team in 2015, where as Executive Director of Operations he implemented personnel cross training, policy/protocol/experience standardization, financial stewardship, and productivity.
Timothy is a holder of the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation awarded to International Security Professionals and is an experienced Emergency Preparedness Incident Commander. He enjoys teaching martial arts, reading, and serving those most in need local & abroad as the Grand Director of Charity for his Fraternity Benevolence Fund (501c3) partnering with homeless shelters, Advocate-Aurora Medical System, & social support ORGs from Chicago to East Saint Louis to Syria.
