As a Data Analyst for CICS, Riley Newman aids in developing, rolling out, monitoring and improving data systems and tools for staff at all levels. He is focused on providing critical analysis and thought partnership to interpret and use data to drive performance improvements, promoting a more data driven culture across CICS. Riley joins the team after some time as a math and english teacher in South Korea. He holds a B.S. degree from Cornell University with an emphasis on statistics. Outside of the office, Riley can be found playing recreational sports, video games and cooking various dishes.
